Finals Exemptions Update

Due to the increased number of COVID absences at the beginning of this semester, we have decided to only count unexcused absences against final exam exemptions.  This is for students in grades 8-12 who are taking high school credit courses.

Please remember that you had 5 days from the end of an absence to turn in documentation of the absences according to our Student Handbook.

Midterm and Final Exam Exemption Eligibility
• 85 or above for semester cumulative average
• No more than 3 absences (unexcused) per semester 
NOTE: 3 tardies = 1 absence under this exemption
• No disciplinary referrals
